Terms and conditions

1. Supplier

The supplier is bobu originals, s.r.o., company ID 17746582, VAT ID CZ17746582, registered office Baška 608, 739 01 Baška, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 91009 (“the supplier”). Shift Studio is the supplier’s brand for hospitality workwear.

These terms apply to contracts concluded with businesses (in particular operators of restaurants, hotels, cafés and bars) in the course of their trade.

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Goods are made to order. The customer sends an enquiry (by email, phone, the website form or Instagram); the supplier replies with a quotation stating the proposed set, quantities, price, lead time and payment terms.

The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the quotation in writing (email suffices) and approves the embroidery or print preview where branding is part of the order.

3. Prices

Prices in the catalogue and on the website are in CZK excl. VAT and are indicative; the price in the confirmed quotation is binding. Embroidery, print or patches are priced in the quotation by logo size and quantity.

Unless the quotation states otherwise, we give 10% off the catalogue price from 5 pieces and 20% off above 10 pieces.

4. Payment

Payment terms (deposit, invoice due date) are stated in the quotation. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of issue.

5. Delivery

The standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and approval of the branding preview; the specific date is stated in the quotation. We deliver within the Czech Republic and the European Union. Shipping costs are stated in the quotation.

The customer shall inspect the goods on receipt and report apparent defects (damaged packaging, missing pieces) without undue delay.

6. Made-to-order goods and cancellation

Goods made to the customer’s specification (set, colours, sizes, embroidered or printed logo) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except by agreement with the supplier or as a claim for defects.

7. Defects

Rights arising from defective performance are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code. Defects must be reported without undue delay after discovery to the supplier’s contact email with a description and a photograph. The supplier remedies the defect by repair, replacement or a reasonable discount.

Ordinary wear, damage caused by care contrary to the supplier’s instructions and minor shade variations between cloth batches are not defects.

9. Final provisions

The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The supplier may amend these terms; the version in force on the day the quotation is confirmed applies to the order.
