Three cuts, one colour palette

The cross-back apron has straps that cross behind the back, so the weight never hangs on the neck. It is the choice for long shifts in the kitchen and behind the bar, where a classic neck loop starts to dig in after a few hours.

The bib apron is the classic for kitchen and floor: length adjusts on snaps, it ties at the waist and has a chest pocket for a pad or thermometer. The waist apron ties around the body, has patch pockets and a towel loop – most often worn by floor staff and bartenders.

All three cuts come in the five colours of the collection: black, slate, mist grey, white and sand. Other shades on request, so the aprons match the chef tops, trousers and the interior.

Cloth and hardware that survive service

For aprons in demanding kitchens we use 100% cotton twill. The dense twill weave holds its shape, takes frequent hot washes and softens slightly with every wash without the colours fading to grey.

Fastening and length adjustment rely on solid brass snaps and rivets; the ties are adjustable. The hardware does not corrode or crack and will outlive the apron itself – the details used a hundred times a day are the ones we don’t save on.

We embroider or print your logo straight onto the apron – on the chest, the pocket or the hem. Placement and size are tuned to the cut so the embroidery stays out of the way and is still visible across the counter. The same logo then goes on chef tops, trousers and caps, so the whole team shares one visual line.
