Hospitality workwear made in Czechia
Every apron, chef top and pair of trousers is cut and sewn by hand in our own workshop in Czechia. No import, no middleman: from choosing the cloth to embroidering the logo, the whole process stays in our hands.
Cloth
Everything starts with a material that survives service. For chef tops and trousers we use premium blended twills developed for hospitality: they hold their shape, dry fast and take industrial laundering. For aprons in demanding kitchens we choose 100% cotton twill, which is sturdy, comfortable and only gets better with washing.
We keep the palette narrow – black, slate, mist grey, white and sand – so every piece combines and can be reordered a year later in the same shade.
Cut and sew
We cut and sew by hand in our workshop. A small production means every piece passes through the hands of people who can sew it whole, and that cuts can be adjusted from feedback out of real kitchens: a looser shoulder, a longer apron, a different pocket.
It is also why we keep no stock of finished uniforms. We sew to order, in the set, colours and sizes a venue needs.
Hardware
Snaps, rivets and buckles are solid brass. They don’t rust or crack and, unlike plastic, survive hundreds of washes. Apron ties are adjustable so one size fits the whole shift.

Why Czech-made
Most hospitality workwear on the market is imported. Our own workshop gives us three things import cannot: control over the quality of every piece, short 2–4 week lead times even for small orders, and the ability to reorder a single piece in the same colour with the same embroidery when a new colleague joins.
